Background
Brian Brodowsky started his career in 1987 as a Dentist. After many years and many fillings, I retired from my practice in 2015.
Now was the time to find a hobby. Having dabbled in art throughout my life, I came across a kiln fused glass class at a local art studio. By my second class, I was hooked. I couldn’t wait to run out and purchase my first used kiln.
What a perfect marriage of my skills as a dentist - precision, detail, accuracy and art!
Inspiration
I draw inspiration from a variety of sources, including nature, geometry, design, the American Midcentury Modern Era and Art Masters.
Where can you find me?
My pieces can be found at art shows around the Coachella Valley and So Cal locations throughout the year, several local hotels, the Artists Council in Palm Desert, Sunnylands in Rancho Mirage, Desert Art Center in Palm Springs and my home studio in Desert Hot Springs.
I also offer beginner and intermediate classes at my home studio.
